Savannah Classics Hushpuppy Bites Costco Roadshow Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Savannah Classics Hushpuppy Bites Costco Roadshow Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Savannah Food Company, doing business as Savannah Classics, located at 575 Industrial Road, Savannah, TN 38372 (the “Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Costco Wholesale Corporation. Any questions regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Louisiana who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void outside Louisiana and wherever prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes will be conducted in connection with three Savannah Classics Costco Roadshow events in Louisiana. Each location will have its own entry period and prize drawing.
New Orleans Roadshow:
– Event Dates: October 22–25, 2026
– Entry Period: October 22, 2026 through October 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time
– Two (2) winners selected
Baton Rouge Roadshow:
– Event Dates: October 29 – November 1, 2026
– Entry Period: October 29, 2026 through November 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time
– Two (2) winners selected
Lafayette Roadshow:
– Event Dates: November 12–15, 2026
– Entry Period: November 12, 2026 through November 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time
– Two (2) winners selected
4. How to Enter
During the applicable Sweepstakes entry period, eligible participants may visit the Sweepstakes Landing Page and complete the online entry form. Participants must select one (1) of the three participating Roadshow locations when entering. Limit one (1) entry per person and email address for the entire Sweepstakes. Entries must be received during the entry period applicable to the selected Roadshow location. No purchase, Costco membership, Roadshow attendance, or product sampling is necessary to enter or win. Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Participants may optionally consent to receive marketing emails from Savannah Classics. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win and will not affect the odds of winning.
5. Prizes
A total of six (6) prizes will be awarded throughout the Sweepstakes, with two (2) prizes per Roadshow location. Each prize consists of one (1) $100 Costco Shop Card.
6. Privacy Notice for Giveaway Entries
By submitting this entry form, you provide us with personal information (such as your name, email address, and phone number). We collect and use this information solely to verify your eligibility, administer the giveaway and select/notify the winner, and deliver the prize. We will not sell your personal data. We may share your information only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in running the promotion.
